How are Christians really separate from the world?

So I was reading in [2 Corinthians 6:17] where it talks about us being separate from the world. It got me thinking though about how Christians really are separate from non-Christians. We watch the same tv shows and movies. We dress the same. We are scandalized by the same celebrities. We live in the same neighborhoods. We shop at the same stores. We're not separate geographically and it doesn't seem like we're separate behaviorally either. In what way(s) are Christians today really separate from non-Christians? Just the fact that we go to church on Sunday morning instead of sleeping in and that's it? Just Saying.......
